This is the website for Multiplanetary Together, Inc., d.b.a. LunARC (hereinafter “LunARC,” “we,” or “us.”). This privacy notice describes the information gathering and dissemination practices for this website, which comprises the pages within the lunarc.org domain (“the Website”).

Demographic information, such as your nationality, age, or ethnic origin, collected directly from you when you fill out a web form, survey, or other free-text field on the Website such as the Lunar University Declaration.

PERSONAL DATA OF MINORS
With one exception, we do not knowingly collect or process the personal data of persons under the age of eighteen via the Website. The exception is as follows: We permit persons of any age to sign the Lunar University Declaration because of its significance for all generations, especially our youth. A person who signs the Lunar University Declaration actively provides a name, country, age range, and email address. These data are used as described below. If LunARC is made aware that it has collected personal data from a minor in a manner that is inconsistent with applicable laws, LunARC will delete the data as soon as possible.
SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as financial account information or medical information, and we ask that you please do not provide it.
HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

To promote the Lunar University and LunARC’s mission and activities, with your permission. If you choose to sign the Lunar University Declaration or otherwise actively provide personal data for mission-related or promotional purposes, you will be asked to provide explicit consent to the public display of such data. For signatories of the Lunar University Declaration, such data will include your name, country, and age range.
To communicate with you about our missions and activities. We may use your personal data, such as your email address or any other contact information you may provide, for the purposes of contacting you about our space missions, the Lunar University or its Earth Hub, or LunARC’s other activities, or to inform you of new opportunities or services.
To respond to you. We may use your personal data as reasonably necessary to respond to a request or inquiry you make of us.
For analytics. We may use your personal data, such as your browser information, for analytics purposes, such as tracking the usage of some of our functions and features or generating statistics and measuring Website activity to improve the usefulness of the Website to our visitors.
As required by law. We may use your personal data to comply with laws, such as to comply with a subpoena or other legal process, or to comply with government reporting obligations.
To protect LunARC’s and others’ rights.
